Toronto born, Mississauga raised, the emerging talent, started from cleaning professional studios to being the star in them. Persisting & perfecting his craft with pure love, MDRN earned the spotlight by winning Simplify x RUN DMT x Stephan Jacobs remix contest with his low tempo trap banger. The international recognition led to making a funky-disco-electro banger with Freddie Gibbs' producer SUPERDRIIIV, bringing them to the top of the Beatport charts. Many have described the genre bending musician as an embodiment of the music itself, exploring dark and exciting parts of the un-discovered audio universe with every show. After numerous failed attempts at getting a metal band together Nathan J. Pacheco decided to do all the work himself. After stumbling upon Rusko, the gears switched to bass heavy music & the bass-scene in Toronto became second home. Taken in as family, he found him self resident DJ at local bass shows, securing his name in the big city for the world to see. MDRN's approachable yet hard-hitting low tempo style ushers a forward-thinking dynamic that is not often seen in todays saturated scene, and his solo productions and collaborations present an unequivocal level of persistence and finesse that fuses multiple futuristic styles together.
